The activities of the conference began with welcoming speeches that affirmed the importance of keeping pace with the rapid changes in the field of nursing, and the role of nursing leaders in developing institutional performance, enhancing the quality of healthcare, and supporting innovation and excellence in line with the requirements of the future.

During the opening ceremony, the esteemed attendees were honored in appreciation of their continuous support of the Faculty, and their distinguished contributions in supporting scientific research and the educational process and advancing the nursing system at Assiut University, in a gesture that reflects the highest meanings of appreciation and gratitude for their giving and sincere efforts.

The conference comes to be a scientific platform for exchanging experiences and visions, and putting forward modern ideas that contribute to preparing nursing leaders able to keep pace with change and make a more distinguished and innovative future.
