Activities of Assiut University's participation in the University Youth Week in Minya with a delegation of 140 students and supervisory staff

Assiut University, under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed Abdel Mawla, the university president, continues its participation in the 14th University and Higher Institutes Youth Week, hosted by Minya University from September 25 to 30, under the slogan 'From the Heart of Upper Egypt.. We Create,' with the participation of 31 Egyptian universities, supervised by Dr. Madiha Darwish, general supervisor of student activities, and Dr. Haitham Ibrahim, Director General of the Student Welfare Administration. Dr. Ahmed Abdel Mawla emphasized that the university’s participation in the 14th University and Higher Institutes Youth Week represents an important opportunity for students to engage with this large youth gathering, take part in various competitions and activities during the week, which helps refine their skills, develop their abilities, and promote teamwork, communication, and experience exchange with their peers from different Egyptian universities. He wished the students success and hoped they would appear in a commendable way during the week’s events, while upholding sportsmanship and fair competition.

Assiut University, under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed Abdel Mawla, the university president, continues its participation in the activities of the 14th Universities and Higher Institutes Youth Week, hosted by Minya University from September 25 to 30, under the slogan 'From the Heart of Upper Egypt... We Create,' with the participation of 31 Egyptian universities. The event is supervised by Dr. Madiha Darwish, the general supervisor of student activities, and Dr. Haitham Ibrahim, Director General of the Student Care Administration. Assiut University took part in the official parade of the week with a delegation of 10 students, among the delegations of participating Egyptian universities. The university's delegation, participating in various week activities, includes 140 students and a supervisory team, competing in a variety of sports, cultural, artistic, social, and scientific activities, alongside scouting and public service activities. The sports competitions include five-a-side football, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, athletics, and paddle, along with science competitions in mechatronics and electronics. Additionally, there are cultural, artistic, and social events, awareness seminars, and accompanying activities throughout the week.
