1. The original 2026 General Secondary Certificate + one photocopy.
2. Computerized birth certificate (for male students, it must include the triple military service number).
3. A copy of the student’s national ID card.
4. Ten (10) personal photographs of the student, with the student’s name and national ID number written on them.
5. Form No. (2 Jund) from the student’s recruitment district (for male students only).
6. Nomination card from the Coordination Office or obtained online.
7. An envelope and folder from the Student Affairs Administration.
8. College admission application form No. (555) from the Student Affairs Administration.
9. Military service card for male students: Form (2 Jund) or Form (7 Jund) for those born in 2008 or earlier.

• Documents will be accepted at the Faculty’s Education and Student Affairs Administration after completion of the electronic transfer process, along with a declaration from the applicant acknowledging that admission will not be granted if their name does not appear on the official lists.
