تعتبر مشاركة العميل في إتخاذ القرار العلاجي واحدة من القيم الأساسية في الميثاق الأخلاقي للخدمة الاجتماعية، حيث أن مشاركة العميل بشكل مباشر في صنع القرار العلاجي، وخاصة تلك القرارات التى تمس العميل بشكل مباشر واحدة من أهم الأهداف العلاجية، وهكذا فإنه ينبغي على كافة الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين مع العملاء بمختلف مجالات الممارسة المهنية الحرص على مشاركة العميل في إتخاذ القرار ليس لأن ذلك حق من الحقوق الأصيلة للعميل وقيمة أخلاقية تستوجب الالتزام بها، بل لأن الاهتمام بمشاركة العميل فى إتخاذ القرار المعني بموقفه يساعد – أيضاً- فى إحداث الكثير من التغييرات ويسهل العديد من التفاعلات، التى تتم بين الأخصائي الاجتماعي والعميل طيلة فترة التدخل المهني بينهما. واستهدفت هذه الدراسة تحديد واقع مشاركة الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين للعملاء فى عملية إتخاذ القرارات العلاجية بمكاتب تسوية المنازعات الأسرية بمحاكم الأسرة، وأوضحت نتائج هذه الدراسة مدي مشاركة الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين للعملاء فى عملية إتخاذ القرارات العلاجية بمكاتب تسوية المنازعات الأسرية بمحاكم الأسرة.

The study Aims :The current study aims to achieve the following objectives : 1- Identifying the causes and effects of the poverty problem. 2- Determining the activities and services of the Chose Family Association in its fighting against the poverty problem. 3- Determining the role of the social work profession from the perspective of generalist practice in the Chose Family Association in its fighting against the poverty problem. 4- Monitoring the obstacles that limit the role of the social work profession from the perspective of the generalist practice the Chose Family Association in its fighting against the poverty problem. 5- Presenting a number of suggestions and recommendations to activate the role of the social work profession from the perspective of the generalist practice in the Chose Family Association in its fighting against the poverty problem. The study questions : The main question : What is the role of the social work profession from the perspective of generalist practice in combating poverty? This main question includes the following sub-questions: 1- What are the causes and effects of the poverty problem ? 2- What are the activities and services of the Chose Family Association in the fight against poverty ? 3- What is the role of the social work profession from the perspective of generalist practice in the Chose Family Association in the fight against poverty ? 4- What are the obstacles that limit the role of the social work profession from the perspective of the generalist practice of the Chose Family Association in the fight against poverty ? 5- What are the suggestions and recommendations to activate the role of the social work profession from the perspective of the generalist practice of the Chose Family Association in the fight against poverty? Type of the study :This is a descriptive study of analytical studies aimed at describing and analyzing the role of social service from the perspective of general practice charity association chose a family in the fight against poverty. The study Method :The current study was based on a comprehensive approach to the social survey staff association chose the charity's family and their number (31) Thirty-one single. Main Study Results : 1- All the study questions were answered 2- A number of recommendations were made to increase and activate the role of the social work profession in combating the poverty problem in Egypt.

: Making of social-welfare policies is a tangled process that is mainly influenced with several factors. Among the most significant of these are the existence of opportunities of participation of the mentally retarded and citizens besides providing the data needed to form such policies. The National Council for Disability Affairs in Egypt plays an essential part in achieving development of society through creating effective social-welfare policies that can meet the needs of the mentally retarded and face their problems. This study aims to determine the contributions of the NCDA to making social-welfare policies for the people with mental retardation in Egypt. It tries to validate the hypothesis assuming that there is a correlation between phases of making social-welfare policies and the NCDA contributions to making social-welfare policies for the mentally disabled. This study is considered an analytical and descriptive one in which the case study approach is used (the case here is the NCDA in Egypt). A questionnaire form of (n=140) members and a content analysis manual including reports of the council meetings. This study has demonstrated the validity of the suggested hypotheses and the NCDA role in the stages of making social-welfare policies for the mentally retarded in Egypt.
