نظمت كلية الطب بجامعة أسيوط، ورشة عمل متخصصة لأطباء التدريب بعنوان، علم السموم في حالات الطوارئ: دليل عملي للمتدربين، Emergency Toxicology: Practical Guide for Interns، لتنمية قدراتهم في التعامل مع الحالات الحرجة، جاء ذلك تحت رعاية الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي، رئيس جامعة أسيوط، والأستاذ الدكتور علاء عطية، عميد كلية الطب ورئيس مجلس إدارة المستشفيات الجامعية، والأستاذ الدكتور محمد عبد الرحمن، وكيل الكلية لشئون التعليم والطلاب، والأستاذة الدكتورة هيام زكريا، رئيس قسم الطب الشرعي والسموم، والأستاذة الدكتورة سهير قاسم، مدير البرنامج الإلزامي لأطباء التدريب.

شهدت الورشة عده محاضرات متنوعة منها، محاضرة حول كيفية التعامل مع حالات التسمم بصورة منهجية، ومحاضرة حول التسمم بالمبيدات من حيث التشخيص والتعامل العلاجي، إلى جانب محاضرة حول كيفية كتابة تقرير السموم بصورة علمية سليمة، كما شهدت الورشة عرض حالات علمية مقدمة من أطباء التدريب.

حاضر خلال فعاليات الورشة كل من الدكتورة دعاء المظ، أستاذ مساعد الطب الشرعي والسموم، والدكتورة إيمان شلتوت، أستاذ مساعد الطب الشرعي والسموم، والدكتورة مروة خليفة، مدرس الطب الشرعي والسموم، وقام بتقديم الحالة الطبيبة رانيا سعيد

وقام بتقديم التقرير الطبي الطبيب أحمد وليد، أطباء امتياز.

وفي ختام الورشة قامت الأستاذة الدكتورة سهير قاسم، بتكريم المحاضرين خلال الورشة، تقديرا لجهودهم وإسهاماتهم العلمية.

تأتي هذه الورشة في إطار حرص الكلية على إعداد أطباء التدريب إعدادًا علميًا وعمليًا متكاملًا، بما يعزز من قدرتهم على التقييم السريع والتعامل الصحيح مع حالات التسمم والطوارئ، وفق أسس علمية دقيقة وتطبيقات إكلينيكية مباشرة تسهم في رفع كفاءة الأداء الطبي داخل المستشفيات الجامعية.

في عملية جراحية دقيقة اتسمت بالمهارة، نجح فريق طبي بقسم الجراحة العامة بالمستشفى الرئيسي بجامعة أسيوط، في استخراج "إبرة خياطة" اخترقت جدار المعدة واستقرت في منطقة شديدة الخطورة بجوار الشريان الكبدي والوريد البابي الكبدي لفتاة بواسطة المنظار، جاء هذا الإنجاز الطبي تحت رعاية الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي، رئيس الجامعة، والأستاذ الدكتور علاء عطية، عميد كلية الطب ورئيس مجلس إدارة المستشفيات الجامعية، والأستاذ الدكتور خالد عبد العزيز، مدير المستشفى الرئيسي، والأستاذ الدكتور سمير عمار، رئيس قسم الجراحة العامة.

كان المستشفى الرئيسي قد استقبل فتاة تبلغ من العمر ٣٠ عاما، تعاني من آلام حادة ومزمنة بالبطن، ومن خلال تقصي التاريخ المرضي، تبين أنها ابتلعت إبرة خياطة عن طريق الخطأ منذ ما يقرب من ٤٠ يوماً، وعلى الفور، تم إجراء الفحوصات اللازمة والأشعة المقطعية التي أظهرت أن الإبرة لم تكتفِ باختراق جدار المعدة، بل استقرت في موقع تشريحي دقيق جداً بجوار الشريان الكبدي والوريد البابي الكبدي، ليقوم الفريق الطبي الذي ضم كل من، الدكتور محمود حسب النبي، أستاذ مساعد بقسم الجراحة، والطبيب حماده فتحي، والطبيب خالد حسان، والطبيب حسام محمود، مدرسين مساعدين بالقسم، والطبيب ماريو أيوب طبيب مقيم بالقسم، ومن قسم الأشعة التشخيصية والتدخلية، فريق طبي تحت إشراف الأستاذ الدكتور حسن مجلي، رئيس القسم، وضم كل من الدكتور حمدي إبراهيم، أستاذ مساعد بقسم الأشعة التشخيصية، والطبيبة ميرنا يوسف، مدرس مساعد بالقسم، يعاونهم فريق طبي من قسم التخدير جاء تحت إشراف الأستاذة الدكتورة هالة سعد، رئيس القسم، وضم كل من الدكتور جورج مجدي، مدرس بالقسم، والطبيب أمونيوس خليل، مدرس مساعد بالقسم، كما عاونهم الأستاذة أماني أحمد، تمريض بقسم الجراحة، والأستاذ حسن علي، فني الأشعة، باستخدام جهاز الأشعة C-Arm، بدلاً من اللجوء إلى الجراحة التقليدية (فتح البطن الاستكشافي)، التي تتطلب وقتاً أطول للتعافي، لرصد مكان الإبرة بدقة متناهية.

ونجح الفريق الطبي في استخراج الإبرة بالكامل باستخدام المنظار الجراحي عبر (٣) فتحات صغيرة فقط في جدار البطن.

تمت العملية بنجاح تام دون حدوث أي مضاعفات للأوعية الدموية المحيطة، وتماثلت المريضة للشفاء في وقت قياسي، حيث غادرت المستشفى في اليوم التالي للجراحة.

يأتي هذا النجاح ليؤكد على كفاءة الكوادر الطبية بجامعة أسيوط، وقدرة مستشفياتها الجامعية على التعامل مع الحالات المعقدة باستخدام أحدث التقنيات.

في أجواء احتفالية مليئة بالحماس والروح الرياضية، توج فريق كلية الطب بجامعة أسيوط بالمركز الأول في مسابقة "خماسيات كرة القدم" للطلاب، والتي نظمتها إدارة النشاط الرياضي بالإدارة العامة لرعاية الطلاب، تحت رعاية الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي، رئيس الجامعة، والأستاذ الدكتور أحمد عبد المولى، نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون التعليم والطلاب، والأستاذة الدكتورة مديحة درويش، المنسق العام للأنشطة الطلابية.

وقدم الأستاذ الدكتور علاء عطية، عميد كلية الطب ورئيس مجلس إدارة المستشفيات الجامعية، التهنئة لأبنائه من الطلاب الفائزين، مشيرا إلى أن هذا الفوز يعكس توازن طلاب الكلية بين التفوق الأكاديمي والتميز الرياضي، مؤكدا على دعم الكلية الدائم لكافة الأنشطة الطلابية التي تساهم في بناء شخصية الطالب المتكاملة وتعزز لديه روح الفريق والمنافسة الشريفة.

جاء فوز كلية الطب باللقب بعد منافسة قوية شهدت مشاركة (١٢) كلية من مختلف قطاعات الجامعة، حيث استطاع طلاب كلية الطب وهم، الطالب محمد عبد المؤمن، والطالب محمد خلف، والطالب محمد حسن، طلاب بالفرقة الرابعة، والطالب محمد عبد اللاه، والطالب مصطفى حسن، والطالب إيهاب علي، والطالب محمد عبد الحميد، طلاب بالفرقة الثالثة، والطالب مصطفى عبد النبي، طالب بالفرقة الثانية، من حسم المركز الأول بفضل الأداء المتميز خلال فعاليات البطولة التي أقيمت تزامناً مع احتفالات الدولة بذكرى تحرير سيناء.

أشرف على تنظيم البطولة الدكتور هيثم إبراهيم، مدير عام الإدارة العامة لرعاية الطلاب، والأستاذ إيهاب رمضان، مدير إدارة النشاط الرياضي، بالتعاون مع رؤساء الأقسام والأخصائيين بالإدارة.

The Department of Urology and Andrology at the Faculty of Medicine, Assiut University, organized its eighth conference, which aimed to highlight the latest surgical techniques and treatment solutions in the field of urological surgery. The conference was held under the auspices of Professor Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy, President of the University; Professor Dr. Alaa Attia, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals; Professor Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Basset Khalaf; Professor Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Shalaby, Honorary President of the Conference; Professor Dr. Yasser Abdel-Salam, Head of the Department of Urology and Andrology and President of the Conference; Professor Dr. Medhat El-Hawary, Conference Secretary; Professor Dr. Mohamed Abdullah El-Gamal, Conference Treasurer; and Professor Dr. Mahmoud Shalaby, Conference Coordinator.

The conference was attended by Professor Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Mawla, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs; Professor Dr. Hassan Abdel-Latif, Professor of Urology; and Professor Dr. Nasr El-Din Abdel-Aal, Head of the Urology Department at Sinland Hospital, Germany, along with a number of academics, physicians, and specialists in the field of urology and andrology.

Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Mawla emphasized the importance of the scientific topics addressed at the conference and their role in supporting the quality of medical and educational services and keeping pace with the latest developments in various medical specialties. He also praised the remarkable progress witnessed at the Urology and Andrology Hospital on both the academic and clinical levels, which strengthens its position as one of the leading specialized medical institutions in Upper Egypt.

Professor Yasser Abdel Salam noted that the conference's scientific program included nine diverse surgical procedures broadcast live to participants for educational and training purposes. These procedures included kidney stone removal using a nephroscope and a flexible laser ureteroscope, prostate enlargement surgeries using laser and vaporization techniques, and urinary incontinence surgeries using laparoscopic surgery. He added that all scientific sessions and surgical procedures were broadcast live, allowing physicians and researchers to learn about the latest surgical techniques and methods, and fostering the exchange of scientific and practical expertise among participants.

The Faculty of Medicine at Assiut University Organizes a Training Course to Enhance the Efficiency of Using the Postgraduate Studies Platform

The Quality Assurance Unit at the Faculty of Medicine, Assiut University, organized a training course entitled "Training on Using the Postgraduate Studies Platform," under the auspices of Professor Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy, President of Assiut University, Professor Dr. Alaa Attia, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals, and Professor Dr. Heba Attia, Director of the Quality Assurance Unit.

The course came as part of the Faculty of Medicine's commitment to supporting digital transformation and enhancing the efficiency of the postgraduate studies system by training postgraduate coordinators on the optimal use of the electronic platform. This contributes to enhancing the efficiency of administrative and academic work and facilitating the completion of various procedures.

The course included a lecture delivered by Professor Dr. Heba Attia, during which she covered an introduction to the postgraduate studies platform interface and the login process. She also reviewed the basic services and functions available to postgraduate coordinators, explained how to enter, review, and update student and curriculum data, and how to track electronic requests and transactions, including approval mechanisms. Finally, she addressed the mechanisms for coordination between academic departments and the postgraduate studies administration through the platform.
